Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing assistance with their accounts and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized support.
- Collaborate closely with financial advisors to ensure clients' financial goals and objectives are met.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and CRM software to manage client information, track interactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in organizing client meetings, preparing materials, and following up on action items to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, supporting multiple advisors and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in client services or financial services is preferred but not required.
