Serve customers at the counter by providing product information, processing orders, and offering technical support.
Assist with warehouse duties including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and organizing inventory.
Handle inquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold safety standards.
Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical counter sales.
Strong knowledge of electrical products and their applications.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with accuracy in order processing and inventory management.

Additional Details:

This is a union job offering overtime opportunities.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
